I was looking for a double chaise sectional and discovered Albany Park and the Kova collection. We loved the options with the Pit and keep it in a U shape with the ottoman on one end for everyday use (so you can sit down easily) and we have the option to quickly create the pit for family movie nights. It took about one hour to put it together and once we got a rhythm it was relatively easy. It seemed a little firm at first but now seems quite comfortable. Other reviewers noted that pet hair is easy to remove and I concur! I use a chomp chomp roller in between vacuuming and even pesky bully hair comes off swiftly. Albany Park is very quick to respond to emails (we changed our mind on color after placing the order and their team is fantastic. Overall I was very pleased with customer service. We erroneously delayed our delivery due to travel and misunderstanding how it arrives and then later learned that the delivery company prearranges a day and time for delivery, so in hindsight I wish I didn’t delay delivery. But it was worth the wait!
