Return requests are accepted for undamaged and unaltered products within 45 days of your delivery date. 

For most assembled or partially assembled items, Neighbor will partner with FloorFound to assist with the shipment of the return. For most unassembled or still in-box items, a prepaid shipping label will be provided and requested to be sent back. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Limited Warranty provided for their Haven collection:
