Return Policy:
30 day return policy that incurs a return shipping charge of 10% of what you paid, with original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging, then a 20% fee is incurred. The fee is always capped at $250.
They do offer 1 free exchange, so if you decide the fabric or leg finish etc, isn't right, you can exchange for an item of equal value. There is no return shipping fee for an exchange.

1 year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. There are no fees to repair, replace, or return an item that's covered by the warranty. Warranty not transferable: it can't be extended to cover a re-sold item. Defects or damage caused by negligence, misuse, accidents, abnormal use, modifications, or commercial purposes will not be covered by the Burrow warranty.
Burrow does feature reviews on their site and there appears to be a lot. Plenty of reviews with images. Seems like every review is 5 stars though, which feels quite suspicious.

I am so glad I ordered the lumbar pillows for my Nomad couch! They make the couch look "finished" and really add to the comfort of sitting or lying down. When watching TV you can put one behind your head if your couch is against a wall, use it as an arm rest, or of course, for more lumbar support. For me, that's where my rating falls short of 5 stars, as I find them to be a bit too much behind my low back and wish they weren't quite so full. However, then they might not be as supportive under your head when stretching out for a nap. All in all I am very happy I added them to my order!

Beautiful couch, easy assembly. Extremely short notice on delivery.
Assembly was very quick and easy. My husband did it almost completely by himself in less than 2 hours. Couch is very sleek and comfortable. The cushions are deep as well which I really like. It’s firm but not too firm and I’m sure it’ll loosen up over time.The “ivory” is very white. Truthfully I think it’s a stretch to call it anything other than white. However, the way the fabric is woven it’s not a pure white meaning stains/imperfections won’t be quite as obvious.I spilled a beer on it the first night (🤦🏼♀️) and it cleaned up easily and there is no sign of it. Hopefully it’s a while before we have any more tests but that’s promising.Came in five giant boxes that are now in my front yard being used as a dope box fort for my kids— not really relevant to the couch but figured I’d throw that out there.My only complaint— and it’s a big one burrow— is the delivery notification. I checked in on the website every few days and finally it went from 1-3 weeks to 2 weeks. Later that day I got a text message saying our couch would be delivered the next day. Wth? You can’t send someone a couch with one day notice.Other than the lack of delivery notice I’d still recommend this couch and this company.

Beautiful BEAUtiful BEAUTIFUL!!!!
This is, without a doubt, the most beautiful sofa I've ever purchased. Furthermore not only is it good looking, being modular it was so much easier to get into my basement. If I had any complaints, it would be the arm assembly (which apparently was also a hassle with other customers I came across online). Also, there is a 2-inch black mark on one of the cushions. I overlooked it only because I was too excited with the sofa overall. Furthermore, it is very comfortable. Take a look at it in my basement. This is an awesome sofa!
